• Plinth Area : 965 sft = 90 sq.m
• Floor area in each floor : 768 sft = 71"4 sqm

In case if it is needed the building may be made three storied with a total floor area of 2304 sft (214 sq.m ) to accommodate 3 families in 3 floors. in such case each floor should be made as per first floor plan.
